We needed something different to go on boring turkey burgers. I love peaches so I created this jam to liven up my plain turkey burgers. I meet the peach truck when it arrives from Georgia and then Tom grills the peaches with apple wood to get a smoky flavor. What a great combination this makes with a hint of habanero pepper for zip. Try it on your favorite burger,pork sandwich or put in top of a slightly melted wedge of brie cheese, makes a great appetizer.  This is a limited supply and sells out very quickly, as it now has a following.
